Our Brand New Ministry – Children’s Liturgy of the Word

We are excited to announce that we will begin to offer Children’s Liturgy of the Word, starting in September!  The Children’s Liturgy of the Word will be a time for children, ages 3 through third grade, to leave the main Sunday Mass, before the readings to hear about scripture proclaimed and explained at an age-appropriate level, returning to their families right after petitions. The Children’s Liturgy of the Word will be offered every Sunday, except for the Children’s Mass Sundays.
Children’s Mass
In addition to the Children’s Liturgy of the Word, we will also begin to have a Children’s Mass on the first Sunday of every month, starting in September.
During these Masses, Fr. Savio will call the children to the front for a Children’s Homily.
