Responsibilities:


– Human Resource tasks including orientation, payroll, & benefits administration.  Financial processes including paying of invoices, deposits, QuickBooks record keeping and report analysis.  

– As a full-time, salaried position there are many other administrative duties that contribute to the smooth operations and fiscal stability of the parish (including our K-8 grade Catholic school and three cemeteries).

– Supporting the Pastor’s decision-making with good financial insight and recommendations to the Finance Council, School Endowment Board, and Cemetery Board is paramount. 

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree
– 5 years combined experience in HR, Accounting/Finance, Project management
– Practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church preferred
– Excellent communication skills and a solid grasp
